Residential Administrator
Sandy Stone joined Don Wilson Builders in 1989 as a receptionist and clerical assistant where she learned the basics of the company and of property management. Within a short time, Sandy became the Resident Manager for Park Anza Apartments, a 268 unit property. Ms. Stone established a solid foundation in residential management by successfully working with existing and prospective tenants, vendors, and the maintenance staff.
Ms. Stone’s strong work ethic and field experience resulted in her promotion to Don Wilson Builders’ corporate office as the Residential Administrator. As part of her responsibilities, she participates in the establishment and implementation of the standard residential operating procedures. To ensure compliance with housing laws, she attends various training seminars and maintains regular communication with the legal staff. Ms. Stone coordinates all phases of residential tenancy from the initial leasing phase (applications, credit checks, etc.) to the final move out of residents.
